Modular Housing
Modular housing construction method saves a considerable amount of on-site labour hours since most of the work is done in the factory where the environment is ideally controlled. Most of the work such as kitchen cabinets, interior doors, plumbing accessories and window installation is done within our warehouses.
The modular house is delivered by truck, in a minimum of two sections.
Panelized technology
Panelized products consist of the fabrication of a series of walls panels, floor panels and interior dividers. All other materials for the frame structure and/or finishing such as windows, floor coverings, doors, etc. can also be supplied.
