I would like to say a word about the men and women who make up the Demtec team. They live mostly in the Bois-Francs region, Central Quebec, the Eastern Townships and some in the Mauricie region.

Amongst our current team members, quite a few have been with Demtec the begining.  We believe that a person who is happy in their work environment pays more attention to the work, is careful about details and carries out their task in such a way as to contribute greatly to the company’s performance, both in output and quality.

Buying a home is often the most important expenditure a person makes in a whole lifetime. When your Demtec house is delivered, you will know that it has been built by people who have devoted their attention to it from start to finish so that you too will be proud of the result.

From our administrative personnel to our technical department, as well as our quality controllers, plant employees, installers, transporters and sales representatives, all have contributed to creating the best possible house construction project that exists on today’s market.

I would therefore like to thank all the employees who make up the team at Demtec because without them, it would be much more difficult to offer you the high standard of quality which we have insisted upon maintaining all these years.
